Valhalla Hunting Club – Membership Terms
1. Overview
Valhalla Hunting Club operates as a private membership hunting lease offering exclusive access to managed hunting properties. Memberships are limited to maintain quality habitat, safety, and premier hunting experiences.
2. Membership Options
A. Black Lake Membership
Annual Fee: $6,750 per member
Membership Cap: 6 members
Total Annual Revenue: $40,500
Privileges Include:
Exclusive access to the Black Lake Lease, including designated blinds, food plots, and waterfowl areas.
Use of club amenities associated with Black Lake.
Guest access limited to day permits approved by the management.
Participation in club events and property management decisions related to Black Lake.
B. Master Membership
Annual Fee: $15,000 per member
Membership Cap: 4 members
Total Annual Revenue: $60,000
Privileges Include:
Full access to both the Black Lake and High Roller hunting properties.
Priority scheduling for hunts, lodging, and guided events.
Extended guest privileges as approved by club management.
Participation in executive-level meetings and strategic habitat improvement initiatives.
3. Financials
Combined Membership Total:
Black Lake Memberships: $40,500
Master Memberships: $60,000
Grand Total: $100,500 per year
All membership fees are due annually in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of membership privileges.
4. Membership Conditions
Members must adhere to all state and federal hunting regulations as well as Valhalla Hunting Club policies.
Memberships are non-transferable without written approval from management.
Misconduct, poaching, or unsafe firearm handling may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Members may be required to assist with scheduled habitat improvements or club workdays.
5. Term and Renewal
Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment.
Renewals are subject to management approval and annual review of member conduct and participation.
6. Liability Waiver
All members and guests must sign a separate Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to engaging in any hunting, camping, or related activities on Valhalla Hunting Club properties.

General Rules
Members and guests must follow all game and firearm safety laws at all times.
Clean up after yourself — leave all blinds, camps, and equipment in good condition.
No food or alcohol is provided; members and guests must bring their own.
All members and guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Club equipment, including vehicles, tractors, boats, and other assets, are restricted from general use unless specifically authorized.
Members must be present with their guests at all times during any hunt or stay.
Hunting Regulations
Duck Hunting – Black Lake: Each blind must observe a three-day blackout period following any hunt to allow bird activity to recover.
Deer Hunting – High Roller:
Bucks harvested must meet or exceed the following requirements in addition to state game laws:
Minimum 8 points
Minimum 15-inch inside spread
Minimum age of 3.5 years
For a tine to count as a point, it must measure 1 inch or greater in length.

Non-Member Event Bookings
Up to six (6) single-night events per year may be hosted at the Black Lake houses for non-member use.
Each event will be billed at a rate of $2,000 per night, plus a $350 cleaning fee per booking.
