Created during Covid by two friends that wanted a place to get away. They wanted a different outdoor experience, built around modern lifestyle constraints and offered diverse hunting and fishing. Basically, we were bored.

They wanted the comradery of a traditional “lease” camp type atmosphere where families & friends gather annually around a campfire with one major difference — you show up & enjoy instead of the constant work and maintenance.

Traditional leases, both year round or seasonal, are constant work. The costs of purchasing infrastructure, feeding programs, lodging, cleaning, mowing, etc. take three major things we have little of… time, travel, and money. We wanted properties that blur the line between a “lease property” & ownership.

We feel we have created that at Valhalla.
